Hi Josh! I (personally) do go over the 100 char limit as it still appears on Amazon however I still like to keep my bullets as short as reasonably possible. I also absolutely use the key product feature section for keyword optimization. Make sure the keywords you want to index & rank for are within the first 100 char as the remaining can be cut off from being indexed now or in the future. I hope this heps!
Hi Sumner. On your 5th bullet point- the money back guarantee. Amazon already allows returns for no reason for 30 days. Is limiting the guarantee to 30day, not offering customers what they already have.
Hi Edwin! You can extend the offer to 60 days or whatever but calling out the risk-free guarantee has shown to increase conversions. When you call it our and your competitors do not it makes them rethink if the free returns policy applies to them.
Yes, anything that is in unicode will not be indexed by Amazon so you want to make sure all of your important keywords are NOT in unicode. Hope this helps!
I'm new to amazon fba, and would like to know if sell a product on amazon thats from a supplier in china and I put my logo and brand name on the packaging does that make me the brand owner of that product or is it the manufacturer that made the product and will i need a letter of authorisation from the manufacturer to sell that product?
You are the brand owner, especially once you trademark it. You only need to get authorization from the manufacturer IF they hold a patent for that product (specifically a patent in the marketplace you're selling such as US).

Each bullet point can only have 100 characters per line. Is there any way we can increase this? I notice some sellers have far more characters per bulletpoint. Is this due brand registration? They also have a specific keyword (according to helium 10) included sometimes thousands of times. How does this happen? Love your ideas. thanks
Hi Anita! Amazon states a 100 char limit but you can likely go over this limit. Just make sure your important keywords are in the first 100 char and try to keep your bullets to the point.

Found your channel a few days ago and have watched a ton of videos. Love your work! Question that I can't find anywhere. Above the five bullet points, Amazon seems to have randomly added additional descriptions that I have no control over. For example, they added GRADE RATING: Good. This is inaccurate description and this is not something I listed or that I can control when I edit my listing. They have also added METAL TYPE and a description which is also not accurate. This has happened on all of my listings. Amazon support did not answer my question. Can you point me in the right direction. ASIN reference: B09X6TVWCD
