Well ... that night was "Potty Time" on Big Shot Bowling! Did you catch Dan Murphy cracking up off mic when Bob Fouracre brought it up again? What a hoot Bob was! R.I.P. Dan Murphy and Bob Fouracre - they were Superlative.
What would really be great to see would be those games from the 1970-73 timeframe: Fran Onoorato, Fred Spintig Jr, Peter Czernake, Mixed Scotch Doubles, Bob Fourakcr and Dave Adams. They were on videotape since they came on CH 27 twice each Sunday, 7:00pm with the previous week's show being rebroadcast at 11:00am Now, if you REALLY wanted a challeng, the ones from the very early days on ch5 with 13 year old Toni Marie Baldenelli in 1958 or 8. Or maybe episodes of Candlepins for Cash
@@AlleyChat NESN was a pay channel back then, and along with SportsChannel, both were luxury costs for anyone I knew. I rarely got to see a RedSox or Celtics game til both became regular cable channels. So I wonder if the ratings were just not high enough for bigger prizes, though I am still surprised there was no bonus money for 3 marks.

I am only twelve and want to be a candlepin bowling statistician when I grow up. What programming language should I learn?
Python or R!
If I had a nickel for every time I saw Tom Olstza lose a match I would have a dime.
Too bad the prize money was terrible for the Bowlers with only $200 for the winner and $100 for the runner up.
Agreed. It gave a great show a bad look.
