In my opinion, Khun Tam, you'd better hire a native English speaker editor to edit your main vids, then have he/she send the projects back to you to swap in Thai footages, or voice over by yourself. I would say that to find Thai editor with that level of English proficiency is like looking for a needle in the haystack, they're probably either already in the big product houses, or would charge extra for the 2nd or 3rd language proficiency (seriously, all of my friends who are working 9 to 5 jobs that have OK-ish English were all requesting extra pay from their companies for the English proficiency). I'm not gonna comment on how much should be pay, since I have no idea how much each freelancer is charging either, but the editors that work in the product houses should normally be paid by monthly salary, started from minimum wage just like other jobs.
And don't forget that your Thai language channel is not your main thing, so you shouldn't make it the center of your decision for hiring someone. Also, there are plenty of Thai tech review channels stepped in to review EVs now. Of course, they ain't gonna be as detailed and honest as you do, but, you know, I don't think it's worth for you to redirect your resources just to keep your secondary priority relevant that much. So, I'd rather say that you should focus on your main channel video productions and find the way to offload your work from those first, then find the work around for Thai channel. BTW, who knows, in the very near future, you could probably just use AI ChatGPT thingy to translate and dub the vids for you. I saw Ajarn Niran Pravithana, a finance and investment advisor, tried use AI to write articles in Thai for several times, and they are already pretty, pretty good.
