This is so real. Western teams can't accelerate the game with a 5k gold lead. Just look at Hans positioning in game 2 and Caps' tristana in game 3. They can just go for the soul but Caps played it cocky and lose the game on the spot by getting caught.

They looked lost vs FPX and had no idea how to control Doinb. In game 2 and 3 of this series they could have easily won if they played a little bit better with those leads. Sure a 3:0 looks bad but this series was much closer than the series vs FPX.

Faker is outright struggling this tournament, Oner and Keria aren’t playing at their usual levels. It’s not that T1 is easy to beat right now, but it’s the best chance you’re ever gonna get to beat them so it’s just sad to see G2 still be out of reach.

I fucking knew that there's no way they could play like they did against TES more than one series in a row. I hate that they got 3-0'd here but I knew they were going to lose. That having been said, the difference in level in this series vs the GEN/BLG series shows how much of a gap there is right now between these teams and the top of the tournament. Something is fundamentally wrong with T1; Faker looks awful, Oner is making weird decisions/mistakes, and Zeus somehow got solo'd by BB. Just a weird feeling from T1 right now, I wonder what the problem is. We'll have to see how the next series goes.

@@domreto5055 I mean there wasn't really a world where G2 wins against GenG or BLG but yeah, T1 was at their weakest with this roster and TES underperformed. Top 4 is all in all a pretty good result for them. I personally thought they'd loose vs TES so beating them is already more than was expected of them (at least for me). It's all in all pretty sad that the eastern teams have to look bad in order for the west to look decent (same in 2018 and 2019). Maybe some day we can catch up but there is a lot that has to change for that to happen.
