Bouqs equals EPIC FAILURE. Ordered Dec. 6 for delivery Dec. 23. Flowers for my girlfriend’s parents to display during their Christmas dinner. The flowers were supposedly shipped Dec. 21, and are still in transit, not to delivered until Dec. 28 at the earliest. Total waste of $108, including the exorbitant $25 shipping fee that guarantees nothing. Plus, they won’t answer my emails. They just STINK, plain and simple.
@@YouBettaKnowIt Doesn’t matter. It was horrible service. It still pisses me off. If flower delivery companies can’t deliver on their promises, they might as well not be in business. IDK why I didn’t use FTD. Used them for years. Always on time.

It's likely a shipping company issue considering it was so close to Christmas.
