I don't have anything growing that needs labeling, but I'm super excited about all the hypertufa pumpkins I've got curing. Totally inspired by yours, of course 😊
@@VennasNature hello I am from northern Ireland a city called Londonderry. I enjoy working with paper clay. I would love to work with cement, watching you makes it so easy I will have to try, I am crazy about your snowman I so want to make him.
@@VennasNature well your so good at what you do I am looking forward to you next creation I wish you all the best with your channel. I have all my friends following you.

I have been trying to find an economical yet durable and lasting solution to label my many varieties of mint. I stumbled on this video and for once I think I may have found my answer. Thanks so much! I've not seen any other videos using concrete mixtures as plant labels. I'm curious how well these have withstood the test of time?
Hello Mentha😊 I have had these in my garden all year long and they still look great! Here in Arizona I can garden all year so these have litterally been in my garden all year. Rain, sun, frost and more sun 🌞 I am glad you found me😊
Omg! Of course I’m going to make these, I told my husband that I will need to make at least one of each idea you share. May I ask what brand vermiculite you use? The brand I use doesn’t sparkle like yours. PS Husband says, thanks a lot Venna, we REALLY needed letter stamps. 😂😂
🤣🤣 He sounds like my hubby... I just got an order to make 11 for a customer😁 vermiculite Therm-o-Rock it's a giant 3ft tall bag I get at my garden store here. Have fun with the plant markers😁
@@carolbrown5516 Well...take the price of materials and multiply by 3 then add what you pay yourself per hour. These cost me $ .45 each ×11 x 3 so that comes to 14.85 for the 11 in materials. Then I pay me $15 per hour that comes to $37.50. $37.50 + $14.85= $52.35 price Does that help? Not bad for a $4.95 investment of materials and my time that I would be creating something anyway.😊
Oh my goodness….that’s a lot of work. 😊 I have never even stopped to think about cost of materials (most of my artwork is inexpensive) because I seem to obsessed with finishing one project so I can start another. 🙄😊 I was thinking about $4 each, so not too far off. I’m weird about pricing, not wanting to charge more than I would pay for it myself. Plus, I’m retired, art is what I do with a lot of my time.
I only painted one with a very watered down acrylic paint then I sprayed a clear spray paint to seal. Thank you for viewing. Let me know if you have any other questions😊
“I don’t know if that’s true? I just made these”. ❤😂❤. This idea has so many possibilities! Thank you!
Thank you Carol😁 I am so happy to inspire folks to new ideas😀
