Im 16 years old and i dont know what im doing with my life, in recovering from emotional distress and it seems like all ive been holding in is pouring out again, im doing so much therapy work for my age and it can be overwhelming, i feel like i dont give myself enough credit but learning about myself and spiritually has saved me from suicide
