Mam agar koi bhi insaan fake document banwa ke fake gst le rakha hai to uski complaint kaise kare jaise ki ram ke pas ram ka adhar oan to h hi hai lkin same pic k sath sham ke nam ka fake adhar pan card banwake fake gst le rkha hai to jisme ki mere pas sab proofs hai
HI , I just checked there is entry for GSTIN against my PAN with status as Inactive in 2017, and there is no report TAB is available. can you please guide how to report is status is inactive ?

Ma'am ek Banda hai jo apna GST dusaro k bill mai lgwa kr unko bolta hai ki wo unko kuch paise bapas kr dega but baad ko wo unko paise Dene k liye mna kr deta hai. Kya aise bande k khilaf complaint kr skte hai aur kaise. Kya jiske bill mai GST lga hai uske bhi koi action liya jayega.

Ma'am GST ko information Deni ho toh kya kare jo fake invoice purchase karte as a legal Way like purchase Bill without physical Stock No movment material but Raise e-way and tax invoice means purchase gst to register party @ 9% gst how to inform this type illegally input to gat department

Mam someone has issued gst number on my aadhaar card and pan card details.
The gst number was issued on 15 july 2021. On the same day I went to ito office and directly meet the officer and tell each and everything that's happen with me. Then the officer has put the gst number on cancellation. Now the status is showing cancelled suo moto.
What is cancelled suo moto?
Now what I had to do?
