you have to use the small "pie pumpkins" or "sugar pumpkins" for making pie. Split them, clean them out, salt them, and roast them cut-side down until they are very soft (sharp knife goes right in and out). Remove the rind and puree the pumpkin very well. It is SO much better than canned - you can make pie (add sugar, spices, and condensed milk) or use it to make pumpkin muffins! Even a small pumpkin will usually give you enough for two pies or a pie and a batch of muffins. Enjoy! So good to see you happy!

The patient only died at the 10 year mark due to a mishap during a brain surgery which caused a brain bleed (not the cancer itself). hey, please do me a favor and look into fasting for cancer, i believe fasting can be an effective treatment against most cancers and there is a lot of people researching it and looking into it who have cancer (like my mom currently with 18-24month left prognosis just given recently). she is going to be trying fasting in combination with chemo and doing a ketogenic diet. she will be doing 2 days pre-chemo and continue 24 more hours after chemo for 72 hours total. she hasnt started chemo yet or even got port yet but she is still doing a 72 hour fast right now.
