@@EatMoveRest I would love to learn about more farms doing work like this. We are plant-based here and are hoping to grow most of our food straight from the garden, but I don't know of a whole lot of people doing the same thing, especially in the Northeast.

This is so refreshing and relieving. I understand it must be hard for any farmer to hear that they, in part, are contributing a lot to global warming with their way of life. No one wants to hear something that shakes up their world views, challenges their lifestyle and, potentially, threatens their employment status IF they don't choose to change for the better. Most of us can change must faster and easier, we don't have large animals to say goodbye to (in every sense) should they move towards a plant-based way of farming, and, let's be honest, it must be 0% pesticide as well due to the HUGE impact that has on global warming too - Then there's the tilling of the soil causing run-off and desertification, which are massive threats to growing the world's food in the future.
I praise and thank God, The Creator of us all. God Created, and Made Grow such beautiful plants. I am so glad that you do organic farming!!!! We humans don't make plants grow, and plants don't make themselves grow. Only God Makes growth. When I was a child I know that I did not make myself grow. I love God. None of us is God at all, and that is for forever. I want to be God's friend forever.

Do they always have vegan options at the restaurant? That meal looks delicious, but it doesn't look much like what's listed on the sample menus on their website.
I am vegan. Well my partner isn't, but using chemical feritilizer on our land, so I eat very little of it, but, like it or not the Bible's advises do also help to grow succesful crops! Like let the soil rest every 6 years for it to be rich of nutrients again. And it is funny how so many people who love the earth eat those veggies with chemical pesticides. The chemical pesticides ends up IN THE OCEANS! Because of the water cycle, rain falls, water go up to become a cloud and so on.. Pesticies according to many researches DO end up in the oceans, and do harm organisms... It's nice ducation video thanks :)
If everyone were vegan, the coronavirus wouldn't have happened. I just went vegan a few months ago, and it has really accelerated my 2-year gradual detox to now being healed, after a life of eating junk food and meat. (I haven't eaten sugar or refined flour in a few years). I think we need people to go vegan, and transition from dairy and ranching to organic produce and grain production, (for sprouted and fermented grains), in a way that doesn't put dairies and ranchers out of work. I want to give out a link to an article that advocates the use of plant-based fertilizers over animal fertilizers, and how it relates to veganism, generally. It talks about how animal fertilizers from dairy farms pollute the ground and water, ruining the soil for farming, hurts the ecology, and how bad pathogens from the fertilizer ends up in the crops. Even organic farms use it sometimes, and it's still called organic food. Organic grass or hay is healthier for the soil, and the crops. And how it takes 4 times as much land to produce the same amount of animal fertilizer that growing hay would. Plus how ranching and deforestation has created deserts and added to global warming. And how even in small organic dairies, the animals live short lives, and then have unnatural ends. And the cruelty in the factory farm dairies. Vegan diets are healthier, also, because meats are bad news, plus the fats cause heart issues, etc. You can get healthy fats, especially unsaturated fats, and proteins, from non-meat and non-dairy. And sprouted grains for reduced lectins. That's just a basic overview. Google 'Is it time for a plant-based agriculture?', by the North America Vegetarian Society.
