To a blender or food processor, add the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, flour, salt, vanilla, almond extract and pulse until combined. Pour the batter over the cherries. Optional: Sprinkle some more sugar on top and bake for 40-45 minutes or until set and golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool for 30 minutes prior to slicing.
