Sir, my doubt is regarding management of croup
When is d initial management epinephrine and wen just dexamethasone is enough?!

Epinephrine is indicated in moderate to severe croup (along with dexamethasone)

2 days is very unlikely. Still answer would be same. Since no other organism mentioned in the Q would be likely
