    For introverts the issue with socializing is not fear or anxiety, it’s the fact that it’s exhausting

      No man. It's coz you're too lazy to change. Up your energy, work out, change to a better version of yourself. Where you are in control of your own mental strength. This is just a bullshit statement. I was an introvert. I was having low energy. I changed, I started going out and meeting women on the streets. I got really good in terms of that, but what it also gave me, was the mental toughness, health and other side-benefits. You're saying/stating that it's NOT within your control. You're wrong.

    • @aeoneternal
      @aeoneternal ปีที่แล้ว

      Agreed, as a young man I realized women are attracted to confidence. I was extremally introverted so I made a conscience change to get out of my comfort zone and put myself into social situations that I would have never before and looking back I am so happy that I did that. So many things in your life will improve by being more social and getting out of the lone wolf introvert mind set.@@TomasGabriel83

      @@TomasGabriel83 its about its waste of time to socialize also, its not about control of your mind cuz socialise with many ppl is waste of time imo, it will just drain your energy and time from something more productive u can do, for me , my energy must be used on something productive and that is meaningful, socialize in most cases are just waste of time

    • @banshotenin1178
      @banshotenin1178 ปีที่แล้ว +60

      @@TomasGabriel83 On top of that, I found the less people I chill with (socializing), the less bullshit I deal with.
      If you've got time for other people's bullshit, good for you.
      But coming from being someone quite outgoing and social, to realizing a lot of the people you socialize with won't be there for u when you really need them because they don't ACTUALLY care about you, I realized life is too short to be using the one resource that both isn't renewable and the single most important resource to a human being (Time) on socializing unless it's genuinely beneficial to ur life.
      Outside of that, it is in fact time wasting and exhausting.

    • @Gemtweeker32
      @Gemtweeker32 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      @w.m.e.cantinoobtrader1334 you're socializing with the wrong group of people if it's a waste of time for you. socializing with motivated/goal oriented people pushes you and opens up doors. You've gotta get used to being able to socialize with people at first. You'll eventually meet the right people you wanna be around

    As an introvert I started trying to put myself in this type of mindset, “I was born an introvert in an extroverted world”
    - With out the ability to adapt, you get left behind in nature. And these days are extremely challenging to introverts because of social media.
    Our types have never been more tested in history then now.

    Keep in mind that being introverted doesn’t mean you are bad at socialicing. Actually introverted people tend to be more successful than extroverted people. Here are some of the potential reasons for this:
    Introverts are generally quiet people, especially when they’re around a large group of people. They’re actually listening.
    They’re aware of the things happening around them. Because they’re observant, they’re able to notice both the flaws and successes of others.
    They’re naturally cautious, especially with anything that involves risk. Introverts tend to plan ahead as much as possible.
    They are relentlessly self-aware and are not likely to take part in any activity that will embarrass themselves or someone they work for.
    When an introvert is speaking, he carefully weighs his words in hopes of communicating something important when he gets an opportunity.
    It’s no surprise that introverts tend to be more introspective than extroverts, able to spend hours thinking about various topics.
    Because introverts tend to be more introspective and careful about things, they’re less likely to be sharing other people’s’ secrets.

    1. Temptation has a toll - makes you less masculine, less self-control, less self-discipline
    2. Testosterone is your source of strength - affected by being overweight
    3. Mental health is your foundation - ignoring it makes you weak, increased risk of suicide due to increased stress and less sense of security, must understand emotions to become stronger
    4. Exercise for your mind, being physically strong helps make you mentally strong
    5. Validate internally - don’t rely on external validation
    6. Game in moderation - gaming can lead to lower testosterone, overstimulation, sedentary lifestyle, sleep issues, mental issues
    7. Get out of your shell - get comfortable, being uncomfortable
    Overall pretty good advice in my opinion! I think we really should learn and teach how to survive and how to be successful! Either way, Thank you for reading and Wish you all the best!

    Hrmm idk about the gaming part. I'm a gamer, put in between 2 - 3 hours a day. Gym 5 - 6 days a week. Indulge in activities in the different seasons ( summer- sports, camping etc / winter - snowboarding , ice skating etc) I also read and learn about trading the market. It hasn't caused me to over eat since I fast and eat what's needed to fill my hunger. ( not just to eat )
    A buddy I know doesn't play game at all. Doesn't watch porn and doesn't have sex since his gf is busy and they live with family. Yet he is unmotivated, depressed and always on edge. Overweight as well. He does go fishing everyday when it's in season, but overall, he is not doing well.
    In the end, it's all about the mind and will power to master one's own thoughts and emotions. Stay elevated everyone
    Peace and love

    Only thing I disagree with is video games, as a gamer myself and someone who consistently goes to the gym 5 days a week for an hour and a half to 2 hours and manages their health by cooking healthy meals almost every night, reads a chapter each night to help with mental growth, and still works in school, work, and tries for 7 hours of sleep each night. I think video games are a solid use of escapism, and can in fact strengthen the mind, hand-eye coordination, and can be a positive stimulate same as the gym as long as if you're not spending countless hours on it and wasting your life away through gaming it's a solid outlet and a good use to keep your mind occupied and away from negative aspects. I personally play maybe an hour or two each night of games that have solid stories, or even challenging games such as the Dark Souls series, or "Lies of P" currently to help build towards a feeling of success when I overcome these challenges.

Can more people realize that difference?

    Hes right about gaming also. I reduced my gaming now to an allocated time once a week, down from almost everyday. I also don't use any social media, apart from youtube if that counts, same goes for TV, netflix etc, got rid of it all. I live a life of strictly training 4 times a week, buy my groceries for the week, and cook all my own meals prepared fresh every day.
    Being an introvert doesn't mean you can't talk to people, just do it, no matter how much you dislike it. I went from avoiding people to now I can just talk to complete randoms without issue, even though I feel uncomfortable, I just ignore it.
    This also does lead you to more income as you can now communicate with better clients, or work in a more higher demanding job which, most high demanding roles require very high standards of communication, not just in talking but in writing which are key skills. Not only that, you need to be in peak physical condition in order for you to keep up with the high stress and demands that come along with higher incomes. My brain operates so much faster now compared to a typical person, I can get complex stuff done in days rather than weeks or months.

    Easier said then done...
    I lack motivation. I'm introverted, experience social anxiety which makes me feel awkward and discomfort around others. I have got a gaming addiction. I always try my best to chat with others but I always find myself alone. I went to the gym on Monday and joined the rugby team too. But I'm unfit and not charismatic at all which further decreases my already low confidence. I have sleep problems. I have low self esteem and as a result I am highly pessimistic. Maybe it's just because I am lazy and disinterested in the world as a result of low energy levels.
    I blame insomnia for my low motivation which I believe is the root cause to all of my other problems. I think if I could sort out a regular sleep and work schedule, then gradually everything else will improve itself overtime. I'm really trying my best to improve everyday but it's tough out there man. When you're alone in a city far away from friends and family. The struggle is real! And there's nobody coming to save you! Only you can help yourself! It's just you and only you! A man can only deal with so much problems at once before it becomes stress overload. Ya know? 😤

    Being an introvert and not having social skills are two different things. I'm an introvert, but I'm also a funny guy and I don't have any issues with meeting people and carrying out short or long conversations. My "problem" is that I don't like crowded places, I get tired relatively quickly with social interactions and I like being alone, like reading something, watching a series or whatever more than average.
    I'm an introvert, I'm not timid, that's the difference. If you are too timid, then that really is an issue, and being an introvert really isn't an excuse.

    Young men, really listen to this. I'm 35 now and would have killed to know this stuff back in my 20s. Take note and do what the man says. Trust me. Your life will only get better

      Any other advises you have that he doesn't mention?
      --------
      I just moved out for the first time and living on my own (23 yrs). Already got a 6 figure job and getting my master's payed for by my job
      Saving up emergency funds, stocks, and been weightlifting for the past 6 years. Call my parents nearly everyday and saving them up a cruise vacation with my sibling.
      Sometimes I feek odd in the position I'm in because idk if it's considered "normal". Additionally, even though I'm extremely grateful for what I got I sometimes end up feeling bad as well for others that don't make good choices. So I honestly don't know what else to think if I'm being blunt here.

    I like how jose uses real weights and is honest and confident enough to showcase only two plates in the bench press. I dont think its necessary for a man to be at a strong man level of strength but strong enough to maybe carry or at least drag someone out of a burning building would be enough. Strong enough to save lives.

      Start working out and make it a lifestyle to workout for at least one hour a day and everything else will eventually fall in place

      I don't agree with the number-7 it has nothing to do with extroversion or Introversion because I have come across many introverted entrepreneurs in my life may ge shyness can be a problem but Introversion or extroversion doesn't make much difference here being extroverted doesn't necessarily make you smart because people are introverted but still smarter and sharper on the other hand many extroverted people are not smart they are just dumbs even after being extroverted it us better to be a smart introverted than being a dumb extroverted

    This isn’t cheat codes so much as it is a plan of action combined with an excellent direction.
