It is when you pull your joystick (or press w a s d) a certain way during an attack and it will change the attack slightly. E.g. on scytheneitral air of you pull the joystick the opposite way that your facing during the attack it will pull them in and kick them behind you

How do you hit reverse nair and reverse dair like that?

You have to have aim up bound to a different key than jump and you have to have priorities neutral over side otherwise you have to let go of your buttons between inputs and it’s way harder
