I grew up in this Era called DISCO. 2.Barry was the lead singer and his brother's were mostly backup, but all 3 were GREAT. 3.This was Family Harmony at its best. (Three voices that sounds like one). 4.They were a normal band until they tried something different. 5.It was an accident, they decided to sing "FALSETTO" for fun. 6.The people loved it, and DEMANDED more. 7 This became their unique, signature sound, and trademark that shot them to the top. 8. Barry was the lead singer, Robin and Maurice HARMONIZED ALSO IN FALSETTO. 9.Their unique sound that made them famous. 10 If you listen close you can hear the Falsetto of all 3. 11. It became their standard. The Disco Era was dying at this point. 12. The Bee Gee's Music, breathed new life into the Disco Era. 13, That kept DISCO alive and popular for many more years. 14. The Bee Gee's wrote 1030 songs in their life. 15.They wrote many songs, for other famous artist, who made those songs famous. 16.They broke many long standing records, in their lifetime. 17. They wrote all of their own music. 18. And all 3 played instruments themselves. 19. They would be honored that a new generation is hearing their music. 20. I was blessed to grow up in this generation. I saw them in 78 at Busch Gardens Williamsburg. They kicked off disco summer nights. It was the most amazing concert of my life to this day. At the end Robin, Maurice and Barry did 3 solo’s and signed autographs. It was low key as there was only 1200 people in attendance. I believe it was a last minute thing on the part of Busch Gardens so there’re wasn’t any advertising. Those of us that happened to be there were treated to a life moment. Quite simply, magical. Thank-you for the music gentlemen. I think it made me a better person. Brothers Gibb....
The Bee Gees is a great rabbit hole that you want to go down! They're phenomenal from the 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, and 20's! Fantastic in all era's. 1. "How Deep Is Your Love" 2. "Stayin Alive" 3. They really were amazing and in hope a new generation gets to experience them. There really was no auto tune needed for them. I’d love to see an Andy Gibb reaction video. There surely was a lot of talent in that family it reminds me of The Osmonds and The Jackson Five from that era. 👍🏼
They were an amazing group. Their great harmony was possibly because they were brothers and singing together since they were very young. My favorite group as a teenager. So sad that the twins Maurice and Robin passed away. This was great. Would love to hear more reactions of their songs.
