I may be wrong but I imagine a mascara would be produced on an industrial scale if you consider the consumer market size. If so, I love how the manufacturer has chosen to allow footage of a manual labour process by showing every step with human contact. Not mad at it, but it's interesting; maybe industrial footage would make the product seem less valuable, impersonal, and otherwise bad optics for the makeup industry?
Can you imagine pushing all those down yourself? That would kill your fingers. On top of that, this is literally the smallest thing a machine could be doing. Chill lol

Try watching how mascara is made in India. I can guarantee that you will never, never, want to use those mascara on your eyelashes. It was so horrible and scary to watch the process of making it.
They said for small orders they are doing it manually but for large orders, they are prepared by machines. High school laboratories do not have industrial mixers and viscometers.
