If the time stopsand the last 2 numbers are the same, you get the random mushroom houses at the end. certain numbers will get you the different houses, I can't remember which are which...I think 1-4 are the random, 5-6(or 7) are 1-up roulettes and then on is the Giant boost. Though ones with 00 are nothing, like 100 you won't get anything.
