I must say I remember when I was in 9th standard my friend who has already saw the film in near by theatre.became crazy and the very next day he took me also to see the movie... I can't explain the experience.. people became super exited and crazy.. the way hrithik was portrayed , his looks his dances everything... even I liked it too.. We even got posters of him from Archies.. Those time two or three posters were super common in every kids room that was Michael Jackson's BAD, Arnold's Commando and Sylvester's Rambo... We added hrithik also...
Look at the category nomination.. Anil kapoor, Sunjay dutt, SRK and they were best in those movies. But Hrithik shined within those nominations, great achievement for debutant. Also listen his award speech, very nice.

I must say I remember when I was in 9th standard my friend who has already saw the film in near by theatre.became crazy and the very next day he took me also to see the movie... I can't explain the experience.. people became super exited and crazy.. the way hrithik was portrayed , his looks his dances everything... even I liked it too.. We even got posters of him from Archies.. Those time two or three posters were super common in every kids room that was Michael Jackson's BAD, Arnold's Commando and Sylvester's Rambo... We added hrithik also...
