This cover is so dank. Nice System shirt, by the way -- System's my second favorite band of all time, first being Sum 41. And I mean die-hard for both -- I've listened to every single song, have all albums on my iPod, and everything. I could probably even sing more than half of each Sum 41 or SOAD song completely :D.
Hey Ciaran, I ordered myself a set of Seymour Duncan Quarter Pounder PJ Bass pickups. Thank you for the inspiration to get these! I'll be posting covers soon
The video description says your using a Squire bass but the bass I see says Fender... either way I love you videos. Your a great bassist!! Wish we could jam!
Have you ever tried the Bronco Squier Bass? I tried it at a Sam Ash and loved it. Also How come if you pick up a normal P-Bass and begin to play it. It's tone doesn't sound as good as other tones?
Yeah, I used to have a Bronco when I just started and I dug it. I've wanted to buy a Mustang bass ever since because it has a similar body with a more P-style pickup. There's a lot of things that influence tone. The way you play, where you play it (close to the brigde, over the pickup or near the neck etc), what strings you use, what amp you're playing it through all change the sound of the bass. Plus each P-bass sounds different to each other. I think this bass sounds miles better than my other P bass haha. I hope that kinda answers your question, and thanks for checking it out :)
Damnnn, what a juicy bass sound!
Thanks Bender, loving the show 💪
I Would love it if you did more sum 41 bass covers by the way great cover
There's a cover of Motivation on my channel if you haven't seen that already, links in the description. Cheers man!

That's awesome man! I hope you dig them as much as I do :)
I put Quarter Pounders in my P Bass, much easier to get an even sound out of them when you are recording.

Ciaran Ward Thank you! I'm thinking of getting the Bronco bass when I have enough money but Right Now I need a new amp for my guitar.
You should Challenger David504 in a Bass Battle =))
Is that a Fast Track 1st gen?
Ah I'm not sure which generation it is. I bought it new back in 2012 though if that helps
