Bake in a 22cm tin in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 25 minutes.
500 ml warm milk.
9g instant coffee.
5 eggs.
A pinch of salt.
40g sugar.
200g flour.
50g butter.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
400 g cream cheese or mascarpone.
50g powdered sugar.
150 ml cream 33-35% fat.
250g milk chocolate.
400 g cream cheese or mascarpone.
150 ml cream 33-35% fat.
Place in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
