Malgrat de Mar is small town, you will explore it very quickly. What I like is position of Malgrat, you can walk on one side towards Santa Sussana (nice beach), Pineda de Mar and Calella along the beach (or take train) and on other, very close to Blanes, one train stop, where bus awaits on train station, that can take you to tossa de mar (3.25e), which I really like.

we are going wednesday to malgrat for 2 weeks. my wife wants our whole house in her bag. my bag is also full of her stuff. 😂
:) Bare in mind she will most likely buy more stuff in Spain.
