Decameron Haïti on March 2019

Spent carnival weekend at Decameron, as you can see, it was empty on the first day, more people showed up on the 2nd day. The current political situation and the constant instability is draining the hospitality business in Haïti.

Thanks for the upload, Randolph. Such a beautiful resort but man how deserted it looks. Does it ever get busy here? For a while I have known that the Royal Decameron has a resort in Haiti, but I've never known how to even get there.

Mitchell Sam it used to get busy but every time we show signs of political instability, nobody comes to the country.
Decameron can be an indicator of the touristic sector in Haiti, if it’s deserted then there’s no activity in the touristic sector.
All the main resorts are on google map, so no worries, you won’t get lost.

Was the drive from the airport to there hected??

Janes Fix drove from Laboule. If you survived the airport, the drive will be a breeze, unless you leaving the airport on a weekday between the hours of 3pm-6pm.
Don’t focus on the negative side of the trip. Once you get to the resort, you will forget how you got there. It is a blissful place.

Megan LeMay make sure you have a ride that you trust, hotel shuttles are safe. Bring your “off spray” for mosquitoes, and don’t forget that we attract what we fear. Just be positive.

My boyfriend said if we are together after in Philippines we go in Haiti caribean and ibiza.... every year we take vecation something new place... and enjoy together...
I love my boyfriend... so much he is busy at work but have time as well especially for travel.... and explore.... ..life..discover new things... .. 😂😂😂😂

It depends on you, summer always has more people so they won't try to attract you with good prices.
They always have a pre-summer package that they call early bird, follow them on social media to stay updated.
If you want to make it a life experience, come when they have an event such as Haiti Tech Summit, Spring Break by Decameron or when T-Vice is celebrating their birthday.
