I have had my 450l up to 90 on the highway. So I'd say 90 to 100 is posible depending on sprocket. The 450l is about 11 grand and another 6 or so for a conversion.
I just noticed the front brake line was routed between the fork and tire aren't they supposed to go on the outside so the spinning tire doesnt have a chance to rip it off by some accident?
@@BVCOFFROAD was just wondering because I know at least on my dirtbike anyways it's on the outside you guys build some amazing machines over there hopefully one day I could have one sitting in my garage might be cool to do a YZ250 trike with the esr 325 kit on it I believe they make that kit for the earlier CR's too or even the big bore 250R motor would be bad ass anyways keep up the awesome work and content you guys put out have a good day!
Nice conversion. I love them myself I do alot of conversions with rcs. An i also have a thumb throttle on my sons pitbike an it also has reverse lol 4 wheeler engine in his pitbike 😝 no joke has reverse.
Trikes are classified at motorcycles in most states anyways....you just have to have dot tires and all your lighting up to par. Its once you have 4 wheels that it gets hard, then they want seatbelts and windshields and all the other crap a car is required to have.....commifornia I hear doesnt care what you've done to it, if it wasn't sold new as street legal then you cant ride it on the street 😑
Trikes are fun as hell, but I prefer frozen creeks or farm fields, if I mess up, I just bail, no injury landing on snow (& of course I never go on ice unless it has been very cold recently, no ice is guaranteed).sideways all day, the bars are never pointed straight , good fun

We all started with dirt bikes as kids and were in our 20s so we each got a Honda 200x. One guy upgraded to a 250R - so much power on three wheels, it scared the hell out of me to ride. A couple of us eventually bought a 250 Quadracers. I was also half owner in a 230 Quadsport and a 250 Honda Odessey. Those were some fun times for sure.

Get it registered while it's on 2 wheels. Then convert. Harley's do it all the time.

Factory they run on inside. Comes down to width of tire and on this one it cleared fine

Get a plate from AZ or SD. Any plate is street legal in CA
