totally agree with your thoughts on the ultimate, especially how she's a squishy mage character with a short range ult. the damage, stun AND shield delay is stupid imo and feels bad

They are working on a small rework for Neeko like they did for Syndra recently. Wonder what they will do. She does feel weird. Love playing her in ARAM with snowball but in SR she just seems clunky with her ult.
I wish a dash on her W or make her on hit passive to become her 2nd passive instead of W

Am I the only one who usually gets a faerie charm whenever I'm not building a mana item on mages? 125 gold and it actually helps a lot. Only selling it once I need the slot for something big.

Neeko is both such a cool champ but has the most contradicting kit.
I still feel that Sylas and Neeko should switch ults.
Make her kit a bit more fluent. For a trickster, sylas ult makes more sense.

Fun fact! Neeko is tied with Kennen for the second lowest auto attack damage of any champion at level 1! Only three champions have lower base AD Level 1, being Orianna, Karthus, and Lulu, two of which have a passive that gives them additional damage on their autos. This explains why I miss last hits it's not because I'm bad.

Always love Neeko gameplay! Just a small correction, she has been buffed a LOT since 2 years ago - passive CD and damage and I think Q damage as well, plus some other random stuff like hit box size.
Neeko is best decision :)

I feel like her entire laning is around landing an ability youre not supposed to land since its pretty slow, but if you do land it you easily get half your opponents health with the triple q and electrocute

The reason why Neeko's ultimate feels clunky to use is because she's a dashless ranged champion with an ultimate that affects the area surrounding herself. Fiddlesticks has a very similar ultimate to Neeko, but he can blink over walls. Neeko has to rely on her own movement speed, or buy items, in order to use her ultimate effectively. Neither the shield or the damage are the issues. She just has Kennen syndrome
thats where her passive comes in, it's hidden op! bush camping also works great. u have to outsmart the enemy to land good ults on neeko, it's a very different playstyle compared to typical hit em til they die strategies

The damage chart shows how ridiculously overtuned Samira is. She was MASSIVELY behind yet and dead for easily 20% of the game, yet she kept up in damage with the top damage dealers from your team. There's zero reason for that, and I'm personally sick of all the heavily overtuned champions that have massive numbers simply because they are doing something "different", like being a close-range ADC.
