Я бы ввела этот танец в обязательные уроки в школе по всей стране. Потому что здесь хороший воспитательный эффект мог бы получиться. И отношения между девочками и мальчиками, и сдержанность, и скромность, и благородство, и взаимоуважение, и просто балетная грация.

When I would dance say with friends in England just at something social I always enjoyed dancing using my feet as well. Many people I’ve seen dancing over the years just wiggle their pelvis and maybe shake their shoulders, but real dancing especially when it’s choreographed need’s to be expressed by the whole body. I was also beautifully surprised and understood seeing the girls dancing just on their toe’s which must strengthen the muscles of the feet and lay the ground for fully clothed dancing. And dancing keeps you mentally young in your spirit to. Always a pleasure watching the videos no matter how long or short they are. Lovely.
This forthcoming comment could apply to many of this Dance Troupe’s videos that one gets to see their rehearsals and actual exercises. So, I was looking in comparison the difference in England when we danced at social gatherings, parties and music festivals such as Glastonbury. And I went to the very first Glastonbury music festival so the span of time from 1970 when the seed was sown for Glastonbury and The Isle Of White Festival that occurred two years before in 1968. And the rule book for dancing was thrown out except for one condition generally people danced in couples.. one boy and one girl. And this went on into the Punk era and by the time “Rave’s” started, the entertainer’s were DJ’s and people gave up dancing in couples etc which didn’t have one simple cause and effect which motioned people to become more hive minded and lost their desire to dance as a couple, and dance better than any other couple on the dance floor, which I remember with great pride. And today watching these people bringing their traditional style of dancing and music (I believe) are a great example of people keeping that torch still burning. Boys dancing with Girls with grace and pride. I dare say in a couple of generations time this Dance Troupe will have slightly brought their moves into something more contemporary but what I see on TH-cam from England is a really good expression of traditional dancing with the balance of gender’s and long may it last. One of the last expressions of chivalry left as an art form.

And you should be proud of it, both men and women. We here in the United States have very little cultural identity. Yes this country of mutts is terribly divided with little if any cultural identity. Be proud of what you have it's a home, it's a people, it's an identity and embrace it because in a mixed culture you have hate everywhere.
