This is one of the songs on a favorite LP album from the past entitled "O, Tannenbaum" on the Decca label featuring mixed chorus and orchestra under the direction of Werner Muller. I especially love "Wiegenlied" with the Eric Bender Children's Choir, string orchestra and organ; and "Transeamus" featuring chorus and orchestra of the Bavarian Radio under Joseph Kugler.
