Thanks for watching! We definitely will be doing a price reveal down the road. We still have a few more parts to buy before we know the exact totals.

@@TLJGarage hey what did you guys do with the saab 93 aero I watched that video and was really interested in what ever happened to her

@@CHEGTO We ended up selling it off for cheap because it was having some transmission issues Along with the recent damage from the video we decided it was best to move on. I just bought a 89 Saab 900 SPG that we will be restoring as soon as the corvettes are complete. Were so excited to start that project!

Are you replacing the entire front frame rails because the casting was cracked? Typically I see just the front impact stubs and bumper bar replaced. Also, how are you going to make sure the new frame parts are positioned correctly before gluing and welding them? I didn't see you make any measurements of the old parts before removing them. My thought was to at least stabilize the car on stands and measure to the floor before removing the old parts. If those frame sections are not exactly right nothing else will fit correctly.

Yes we are replacing the entire front rail section. Currently it is installed and welded to the correct spec. There is about 14 bolts on each knuckle at the firewall where the frame slides in and each and every bolt was able to go right back to where they were originally with ease. Also the engine cartel has pins in it that alines the rails the perfect distance apart from each other. We took measurements from the ground up and matched them to the original frame. Two weeks from now the video will be released

@@TLJGarage Pay local bodyshop to put on their frame machine for measurements. lazer precision. You'll thank me later. Great stuff!! Love the channel!

@@kentmercer I have been considering that but I was also told that cast aluminum shouldn't be on a frame machine because instead of bending like a steel frame, it will crack. This project has been a huge learning curve, I need to research it more.
