Found this channel while looking at summer jackets. I like the amount of detail being put into this.
I recently bought a rev’it mesh jacket to replace my sand jacket in the summer months. The sand jacket does get uncomfortable in the warmer months.

It also just received some nice upgrades in the Sand 4 H2O. Though, it still has that modular liner design. A little cheaper, but I do enjoy the Fly Stata jacket with individual jackets: waterproof shell, mesh jacket, and thermal vest.

How is there only 167 subscribers to your channel? Talk about hidden gem. Sub'd and look forward to following videos. Great review, and enjoyed the couple laughs along the way.

Review 5 outta 5. Agree with everything he said. And a note from winter touring - Seesoft works much better for the tent camper in the winter. 3DO is like putting on a stiff icicle = cold and hard. Great channel and reviews!

Excellent review ! On Sand 3 I do prefer to skip its rain liner and use an external protection. When starts to rain you have no time to use all those zippers. anyway, it's a very comfortable jacket for the long run.

Great review. I disagree completely on the zip in liners. Hot weather breathe ability is a key factor for my environment. Waterproof exterior shells dont breathe well and would not be comfortable 80% of the time here due to heat.

This is the only video I've found that opened the waterproof liner... it's a struggle.

I don't know if the blue version would be hotter in the sun than the lighter ones.

Looks good but I’d prefer waterproof rather than wearing a liner and as for a cold weather liner, no thanks, I’d rather just layer up, it’s still the Carlsbad for me, besides, I’m not a decent shape😖

Adventure gear has become insane....a single jacket going for over $1000 is just stupid. I have full track suits that only cost $1000-1500 and that’s top of line full leather.

Your comment about the Blue Oyster Bar is homophobic and uncalled for.

Or describes the attire at the Blue Oyster Bar (a fictional bar in a movie)? Interpret how you will. I hope you are joking or being sarcastic, because nothing said was homophobic or slanderous towards homosexuals.
