Rachmaninov Piano Sonata No.2, Op.36, 1st movement (FTCL Trinity Diploma)

Part of my preparation for the FTCL Trinity Fellowship Diploma I took last year. This particular video was recorded a month before the exam. 😎
More videos to follow with the other movements of the Rachmaninov Sonata, and the other pieces...
I combined my favourite parts from both editions of the Sonata (1913 & 1931)- in the first movement it's almost all from the original edition apart from the last page
I used a different sound (VST) than the original sound from the Kawai when rendering the video as the Kawai only really sounds good through the piano speakers, unfortunately at times this means the pedal doesn't catch the notes as it did originally 🤦‍♂️
