I'm your mom's age. I still have my lamb records from the 70's. And Keith Greens. There was an annointing on their music and still is. I agree with you about music being about Jesus. Keith Green was also part of 2nd Chapter of Acts. I am glad over the years. People can worship with more feeling. I recall everything was sung in the only 2 notes that I could not reach. Yet, everyone else could. Worship is with the heart. Constricting our voices makes it hard to worship. It's not about singing. It's about worship with all our night, heart, soul, and mind. We all need to be careful not to make it a concert and idolizing the worship teams or bands. Thank you for using your gifts.
Joshua Aaron’s music is far better than the current Christian music. There’s too much “self actualization” in modern worship music. I appreciate the Jewish influence and praise of HaShem.
