I wonder how come chefs dont consider "Compatible " and "incompatible " foods !! seafood should never ever be mixed with any dairy product it is as good as poison. not only sea food infact no meat should ever be mixed with dairy. such food combinations cause auto immune diseases. not just Ayurveda even Kosher food defines these rules. it might look good even taste good but it is definitely not healthy. In my home dairy is strictly used on its own. I am vegetarian and still never mix dairy with any vegetable or fruit. and we consume dairy atleast an hour before or after our meals never together. plant based foods should only be mixed with plant based milk or yogurt line coconut milk or nut yogurt ect. smoothies in my home have coconut milk or almond milk or Soy milk never dairy. Even for marinating Im sure meat can be marinated with plant based yogurt too.
