@Bluelollipop384 don't be foolish...there's a 911 call to police dispatch of her describing oj in the white Bronco with its lights off . The intersection lighting was bright enough she even gave the license plate. This is all before anyone knew what happened on Bundy.

I use to date a young lady in HS that lived in Mission Viego and it took me 50 minutes from Long Beach. So no way the Browns got from Brentwood to Dana Point in 45 minutes.
There was construction going on.
So you got attorneys agreeing that "if you dont do this, then I won't do that." It's agreed that she spoke to Nicole after, or there at about 11pm. Therefore oj couldn't have done it. Case closed!!!

False. The stipulation was that they last spoke at 10:17-10:28pm. The only mention of 11:00 was Lou Brown’s initial statement to the coroner. “Supposedly”, Juditha said “no, it was earlier, let’s get the phone bill”. It seems fishy I admit, but you would have to believe if the Defense team knew there was an 11:00 pm conversation, they NEVER would’ve agreed to hide it. There’s no way to get past that.
@@baalbezub6848 Or the defense sees how big this is and how many are invested and felt it could be risky for them to pursue this further. Also keep in mind they can draw the case out and make more money which is very likely as attys do this all the time. Phone records are sealed and can just be released and ALL of them refuse to do it even to the media? Why? You are incorrect. Police report says the same thing. Are you saying the cops didn’t confirm the time? 😂
@@sardonumspa8113 Give me one, just ONE LEGIT reason the Defense team AND OJ would choose to let this go under the rug. You can't. If true, it would 100% exonerate OJ from any wrongdoing. The truth is the Defense and DA agreed to stipulate 9:37pm, even though the phone records show a 10:17 to 10:28pm conversation. The defense agreed to let THAT go, because they didn't need it. They had credible witnesses to support their timeline and shatter the DA's
i keep hearing about these phone records....heard about it for the longest time....but i'm hearing that they will be sealed for 75 yrs
There’s an entire book about the phone records. I have it in my collection. I just haven’t read it yet. But I’ve already read some other OJ books that were amazing. I go on TH-cam and tell people that he’s innocent and I get attacked by like 1 million people.

I was only 8 when OJ was acquitted, I've barely started looking at this case. My question is, are these phone records a red herring? Or is it something legitimately not included in the criminal or civil trials? I'm going to dig into this, but just asking in case someone can make my search easier.
I'm 8 years older than you. I was 16 and I wasn't paying it any attention really. But now that he has died, I'm wondering if he really did it or not. And from what I am seeing, he did not do it. He was innocent.

I live in france and here in criminal cases, if the phone records are needed the company release them.
@@bekreto For God sakes there were Phone records released that showed Judith Phoned the Mexzzaluna Restaurant at 937 pm to call about her glasses lost . There are plenty of witnesses to this account . So this nonsense of Juditha not talking to Nicole until later because she left the restaurant around 930 pm is pure garbage .

We talk about the phone records of Nicol mother from HER Home talking to Nicol at her Bundit house. Not the phone records to the mezzaluna Restaurant, ok !!!
One of oj attorney, Robert Shapiro wrote in his book that Nicol mother told him that she call Nicol at her Home around 11 pm. At that time oj was at the Airport to Chicago.
Juditha Brown then changed her Statement when the lapd who wants oj convicted put pression on her. That is why till this day they do not release the phone record of her Home to Nicol Bundit Home.

Cause the phone record of the brown Family that night will Show that OJ was not the murderer, that he was innocent.
That he could not be at Nicol Home killing two people and at the Airport at the same time. That ALL THE EVIDENCES collected and Show by the Lapd are planted by them to incriminate this black man.
@@bekreto she made a damn mistake when she said 11 pm ! She didn't tell Shapiro -she told the police and she said appoox 11 pm ! The point I was making is Juditha was home by 930 pm or so because she phoned Merzzaluna at that time and then she spoke to Nicole . Nicole also phoned Mezzaluna . I don't know why the phone rec cords of Nicole talking to her Mom is not available ,to the public but I am sure someone saw it because the dream team would have been all over it if they didn't receive it .

He didn’t write that book. He was starting to write that book, but the judge gave it to the Goldman family. So all those words you see inside that book.
