just to assure you guys, thankfully, the test results came out NEGATIVE. Its a non-cancerous health condition called fibroadenoma. Its a very common health condition apparently and I am gonna be all okayyy soon ❤️ the lifestyle changes that I made are: eating clean, avoiding junk food, exercising daily, taking more walks, sleeping atleast 7-8 hours everyday and trying to stress less. Hope this helps!💌
I too had fibroadenoma in my bust....and I can literally feel your pain of the FNAC test... Doctor's told me to operate but I researched about it from some of my known sufferers, they told me not to take it out through operation becoz it will create more lumps and also the bust area will be damaged... So finally I decided to take homeopathy medicine from a recognised dctr and now after 6 months I can notice a bit of decrease in my lumps.... More power to all the ladies suffering from these❤❤
@@anushkahazraa don't worry about it!❤️ My sister got fibroadenoma like 6 years ago(she just happened to touch her breast area while lying on the bed and she felt a lump) She had a lump but it was not painful. It was just smooth as a pebble and painless. It didn't grow, was just there and wasn't causing any problems or any other symptoms. And a well known doc in our country told her that it's benign(didn't do any tests, just a physical examination but he had faced many patients with similar cases so he was able to figure out just that way)and told her that it does not need to be operated and removed cause even if it's removed lumps could still come again. He just told her not to worry and that it could with time, go away or shrink. Till today, the lump is there but no issues have come. So all I want to say is don't worry. Even that doc said that it's a very common issue amongst young adult females. And to have a strong mind cause it won't do any harm. ❤️
I too have a history of fibroadenoma and I came to know in my late adolescence but this year in June I have gone through surgery for those fibroids .( Basically fibroadenoma is a non cancerous cyst that is present in the body). Don't worry everything will be all right🙏🏻 Hoping for the best💖 God bless you
The title made me shocked I couldn’t even wait to go through the whole video just checked the pinned comment and got some sort of relief! Take care stay Strong ! ❤
You just gave me a heart attack...do you even know how much we lovee youuu💖 I mean you're such an inspiration for me and watching you cry for the first time really broke my heart. I am so sorry you had to go through that, I have this condition too. And I am glad that my gynac just tested it by feeling my breasts and she said it is fibroadenoma. I didn't have to go through painful tests and the mental trauma, I can understand how difficult that must have been, I was worried sick till the doctor assured me that the lump is moving and hence there's no need to worry and sometimes it is always there and it is basically harmless. Incidents like this can take a toll on one's mental health. GIRLS, this video message should be taken seriously, you need to get regular check ups. Thank you for opening about it. Sending you so much love and power. ❤
I totally understand how you must have felt and I am so proud of you for dealing with it all!! Thank you for sharing your experience and I wish with all my heart that you stay healthy and happy always!! Big hugs and lots of love🥹❤️ More power to you too, you are amazing!!!!!
I can feel you Girl. I was also diagnosed with fibroadenoma this year. And I had my surgery done immediately because the size was increasing . I also broke down that time thinking about the worst thing possible. But my doctor and loved ones motivated me. I recovered soon after the surgery and now I'm completely fine. But when I see the scar of that surgery, I feel that yes I went through it and came out stronger. And please get your USG done once again. If it had not gone by medicine then go for surgery. And every girl/woman should get their USG done every year. Literally as a woman we have to go through a lot of things. So more power to us. ❤
I had my fibroadenoma surgery when I was 15 and now I'm 24 and the fibroadenoma comes back in another breast...boht dar lagta hai pain bhi hota hai ultrasound hona hai on period days to wait kar rhi hun
Girl, when I read the caption, I was just murmuring to myself that I hope the results are negative. Because I also went through this trauma when I was only 15, and at 16, I got operated on, and now I am completely fine with the blessings of Almighty. But I must say the only thing that helped me stay calm and relaxed was spirituality and positivity. I wish you a great health and also wish you positivity throughout life!
so glad that you took this platform to share about this. still very strong of you to talk about everything and what won my heart the most was you didnt care if your mascara smudged due to tears during the video. love such authenticity ❤️❤️to be your real self and overcome the constant picture perfect image of how one should look. Get well soon Anushka, take care!
Hey, hope you're fine. I also had fibroadenoma, and that too twice. My second surgery happened this July and I am completely fine now. So don’t stress too much. I had it in both breasts, and even now, there are many small lumps as revealed in the scan and not all were removed; the doctors only took out the bigger ones. The scan still shows multiple lumps in my breasts, but I'm fully ready to face whatever life brings my way. All I want to say is stay happy and trust God, everything will be fine! 💕
You used your platform very nicely for sharing this …As some of us has health anxiety which makes things worse. Now something like this happen we will be calmed and will not have any other worse thought like cancer.until we get checked.❤ thank to god your safe and healthy.

Lst month I also cried so badly for the breast pain..I had no one to tell about this just told 2of my fds & they assured me that this is just pms syndrome & finally after my period got over the pain ended. It was so massive pain but I was so relieved that it was just a pms syndrome & not Cancer. I used to check TH-cam videos regarding this daily, my mental health was drowned & I was just expressing my gratitude to God that it was just pms so I can feel u somewhere. More power to you❤🔥 & kudos for sharing this topic ❤

Two of my friends have gone through the same condition I can understand you…2 months back I had gone through the worst dental surgery and then I decided to take care of my health and also the lifestyle. We really don’t care about our lifestyle nowadays and if things like this happens then we take actions till then we ignore it. Take care!! Everything will be fine! Don’t panic lots of love❤❤❤
It takes a lot of courage to speak openly about such things. You did a wonderful job disseminating awareness about the same. More power to you girl. P.S. Yes, you were not your ‘positive self’ in the video. We love you anyway. It’s okay to break down sometimes. We don’t have to stay strong all the time. Just know that we are all here for you. Sending you lots of hugs❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hey, I also encounter fibroadenoma and got my surgery in august . I also broke down when I came to know it that i have to undergo a surgery. Its was a nightmare for me but I am completely fine now and happy and healthy. Thank you sooo much for posting this vdeo bcoz all i have gone on august back then was all due to unawareness. Sending you soo much positivity and love.
I am not even a subscriber of you but !!! Seeing this video and saw crying you really broke my heart di ! I am 17 years old preparing for jee ! And i think this video has taught me to also prioritize my health first before anything in my life ! I pray that you stay happy and blesses forever ! I love you and a suggestion ! Please cry as much as you want , dont suppress the pain it will really help in making you feel lighter !! Okkk ! I love you and sending u a tight hug ❤ !
First of all, you don’t need to be sorry for breaking down. You are a very brave person! It is very appreciable that you opened about this online. I can’t imagine what you’ve gone through. Living alone, getting to know about all this, getting the tests done on your own, returning the very next day-is a huge huge task on its own. But you managed to do all that on your own has only made you grow! It is a big deal to get injected in a private organ, this would have really shaken any person but glad that you were brave and your parents accompanied you. You have proved that you are a very strong person to yourself and to your family as well. I know they are super proud of you of how you managed to deal with this situation. Yes, it is true that what social media shows is not always true. Thank you for opening up about this and creating awareness among people. And about the people trolling you, firstly what can you even expect from a person who troll someone based on their body fat?! Like it’s gonna be 2025 soon. These people…god! That is why they say, always be kind to everyone because you don’t know what they are going through. But Anushka, don’t worry! You have a very great sense of fashion. You have inspired a lot of people. You have helped so many people including me to level up my fashion sense. You are still the best irrespective of how thin or fat you are!! Your followers love you for the person you are. Stay strong girl! You have us 🫶🏻 Wishing you a good health, and a speedy recovery ♥️🤗 Lots of blessings to you and your family 🫂
You know what Anushka few months back i got a very tiny lump under my skin, nothing painful but I panicked a lot.. Finally doctors assured it's nothing but a benign cyst.. I heaved a sigh of relief but those few months were terrible for me... I can connect you dear... Its so brave of you.. ❤️ get going girl. God saved you
I am super proud of you for coming forward and speaking about it. Lots of warm wishes for you, girl. You will get better. You have gone through all the ups and downs this yr. From your first international trip to this. This year has taught you a lot. I'm really proud of you for being consistent even while mentally you were breaking down. God bless you, anushka ❤❤🫡🧿
Same thing happened with me... The same story.. I got a lump on one side of my neck it was in one of my lymph node.. I went to Dr. Hr said it would just be because of any common infection.. I got medicine and then went back to home. But after three days the medicines got finished but there was no improvement. There were no other symptoms, just that lump. After that the dr. Suggested for cancer test. The test was same fnac. I got frightened, cried a lot ,told my parents, they also got tensed . After that I got a sonography done along with my fnac test. Mt mind was striking hard that it would be cancer. But after having so much patience the report came and it was a tuberculosis in the lymph node... Thank God no cancer.. It just reminded me the incident..
oh my god yes same with me!!!My mental peace is also shrinked because of my intense health anxiety.I also have a huge swollen lymph node on the side of my neck followed by chronic fatigue and the medicines didn't do anything,it's still there and I'm hella scared and getting my blood test done.Hopefully everything is right 🌺💗✨
@@varshakumari940 ha mera lump to khatam ho gya .. maine 6 months tk tuberculosis ki medicine Li diagnosis k bad.. now the lump has completely disappeared..
@@khushbookumari-we6ky no pain .. no thyroid.. no symptoms at all.. just a lump.. after diagnosis tb was detected and ... Now the lump has disappeared completely and I m fine😇
Please share what are the habits we must change. And totally avoid this. I’m really proud of you for going through all of that. And still managing to keep up with things. It sometimes can be really hard. I understand as a medical student it’s very very important for us to prioritize our health. ❤ thanks for sharing your experience with us and whatever you went through takes guts man. Please let us know how can we prevent such things from our life. And what measures must be taken. And also how to improve our health physically and mentally what are the lifestyle changes that we should adapt and start focusing on … this wil be of really great help for people who don’t know about this. ❤️ you wil be fine. And healthy again.

I literally felt each of your words , mere v brest mae lumph tha and those days were literally very hard for me , before knowing that it's not cancerous, cause I already suffered a lot , right now I m 20 , I have my 2 surgeries when I was 18 , first I have gall stone ,.. wo remove Krna pada, koi or option nhi tha , mere gall bladder fat jata , agar kuch time or stones rehta toh,... After the 6 months of this surgery, one day I wakeup in morning it was the time near diwali, means diwali was just in the corner , nd I have abdominal pain , I told my mummy, she took me to the doctor, they made a ultrasound, and the result was again heartbreaking , there was a cyst in my overy , jo ke leak kr gya tha, tere was my internal bleeding in my tummy, on that day only , I need to get my second surgery done , !!! U guys can imagine what would be the condition of my mind , and then this lumph in my brest after 8-9 months,..... Or god !!! Mai toh himmat he har chuki the , ke bhagwan avhi or kuch jhelne ke himmat nhi h mujhme !!!!!! But God really stayed by my side❤ !!!!!
Even i experienced the similar condition, it lasted for 2-3 months but got fine. I was scared but still maintained my calmness . Good thing that you spoke about it ❤
I am going through the same situation right now,and I got to know about it also when I was taking a shower, but then I was in Kolkata, for my job. I was horrified as I had no one to talk to and consult with. I got leave after a month and went back to my hometown and I do also have 2 lumps in both breasts. I can feel the left one,but not the right one. But I am so freaking afraid that I haven't gone for the FNAC test till now. I am suffering from pain,a lot of pain , and mental stress as I have to resign from my job because of this condition More power to you, you are a champ.
I am so sorry to hear this but I am also so proud of you for dealing with it all. I hope you are doing better now? I can totally understand how you felt😞
It's totally fine di , you're the strongest lady I've ever seen. I'm 16 and appearing for a board exam . Suddenly I saw this video and felt very satisfied , Thank you for this information about this disease. Lots of love

Hi Anushka, I just wanted to say that you are incredibly brave for sharing this with us. It’s truly inspiring to see your positivity and strength during this time. You are in my prayers, and I’m wishing you a speedy recovery and good health ahead. Stay strong and take care. You’ve got this! Much love and support❤
Hi Anushka.. i am literally so happy for you that u r healthy.. I saw ur video for the first time randomly.. bt happy to know that u r all well.. May God bless you with very good health and a happy life.. so much love and blessings to u ❤
I completely understand how you feel. I’ve also been diagnosed with fibroadenoma and have around 10 lumps, with the largest one being 5 cm in diameter. When I first found out, I was shattered-I cried a lot, felt blank, and couldn’t focus on anything. So far, I’ve only had an ultrasound scan done and haven’t gone through any other tests. I’m still scared about the possibility of cancer and worried about the future implications. The doctors have advised me to undergo surgery because the lumps are too big to dissolve through medication. If you’ve made any lifestyle changes that have helped you, could you please share them? I think it would really help me and others in a similar situation. Thank you, and please take care!
I can relate to you so much, I totally feel your pain😞 Just know that you are super strong and I am so proud of you for dealing with it all. Hope you get well super superrr soon!! Sending a big hug❤️❤️ the lifestyle changes that I made are: eating clean, avoiding junk food, exercising daily, taking more walks, sleeping atleast 7-8 hours everyday and trying to stress less. Hope this helps!💌
Anushka. I can't even imagine the mental and physical pain u went through. I have no words but just happy that everything is okay right now. And thank you for creating an awareness . I am going to enter my early 20s and i will be aware about it
Hi never watched your video . But this video popped up Trust me ...i am glad i watched this😊 Gal your so strong and be proud of how you handled all this... Take care of your health cutie I would also request you to inform us on what life style changes you were suggested because many of us are also living a wrong life style Lots of love❤
Thank you, thank you so much for being here!! I am doing so much better now and hopefully will be 100% okay super soon🥹❤️ As for the lifestyle changes, I have mainly been suggested to workout daily, eat healthy, get 6 to 7 hours of sleep every day, manage stress levels, and stay positive❤️
i also gone through this and this is veryyy much painfull (i m just 17), the test she was saying omgg. i wish nobody should gone through this. more power to you GIRL!
These lumps are mostly fibroedinoma ye 10 me se 9 girls ko hota hi hai and chances are high ki ek breast me hai toh dusre me bhi hoga but its non cancerous aur ye throughout life rehta hai :) no need to worry
I also have this condition, and nowadays it's very common in women.. I just want to say that my doctor told me not to get a surgery done because it'll not cure properly as it causes by hormonal disbalance. So if u also experience this, don't worry just consult with a doctor and change your lifestyle that's it ❤
Plz get well soon 🙏🙏. Wishing you a speedy recovery 🙏🙏. Don't worry keep your prayers high , God will heal you 🙏💪. Be strong and I just saw the title of the video and was shocked but read the pinned comment.. You will fight back am damn sure. Love your content though 😀. Lots of love and happiness, Arissa
6:48 i can relate sm! I was in school in class 9th (i was around 16 yo ig ) i found out a lump in my breast through self examination while showering and i went through the same examination and it did hurt A LOT! I was being strong when they were putting the needle into the breast but when i was done,i went back to put my clothes on i cried so much. It was really hard for me to go through that and even harder for my family to think about my condition because its basic human tendency to think about the worst that could happen. The results came and i was diagnosed with the same problem- fibroadenoma Thank god that i was safe. Doctor did say that it is quite common but me and my whole family was shit scared!! I got it out through surgery so im good now. I always thought that I'll spread awareness about it when i go to med college and make my own yt channel but seeing your video i thought to share it with you so that you know that there's someone you can relate to in this situation. Your video actually motivated me to start working out again as i was taking my health for granted since the past few months😅 Thank god you're safe and kudos to you for being so strong😇
wht life style chnnges u had to make afte diagnosis with this nd wht kind of toxic habit she was talking about is u also done something related to that so u got it
It feels so scary but I am happy to know that u are fine ♥️ it made me feel to make some life style changes in my life too , because health is the real wealth
I have been in the same situation,i feel you totally,i did all the tests alone,i am so thankful for god, health anxiety is real!!!!!! Thank you for sharing the story.
So proud of you girl🫡. It takes a lot for going through so much n having the courage to share it with us🤗. You are really using the platform in a very good way❤️🧿. Take care of your health in all the ways possible😇. Lots of love and positivity🫶🏻🩷🧿. Don't wear the baggage of others opinion. You are beautiful just the way you are😘💘.
heart just sank after seeing the title, i dont know u, but i dont know i just felt that some one is snatching something from me, my heart was paining so bad, till i saw the pinned comment, i hope u r finee, nd just this stranger wants all gd for uuu, thanku for the video
I too have this since I was 13 now I am 27. Initially it hurts if I touch it. I went to many doctors for this even to AIIMS doctor but everyone said that it is non cancerous lump so no need to be worried. I had few tests all came out negative thankfully. To reduce the size of the lump I tried ayurvedic nuska - apply ghee on sheesham leaf and toast it a little on a tawa. Paste the leaves onto your lump overnight. The size has reduced drastically but lump is still there but very little in size that I barely find it. Stay strong girl 🎉
Girls, let’s just a take a moment to appreciate the way how she used to post videos like nothing was happening behind the scenes.. I mean I can just understand ki it must be wayyy more mentally traumatizing than what she’s expressing right now. Being a final year MBBS student, I would also like to make use of this platform to spread awareness on self examination (I hope u pin this comment di so that everyone finds it useful) Fibroadenoma is a benign breast disease (not cancerous) As she rightly pointed out, it is very common these days due to the lifestyle changes especially after COVID amongst women, girls with PCOS, unhealthy lifestyle etc. You have to just modify your lifestyle to prevent. That’s why self assessment ie., examining yourself is very important after the age of 20. I would really suggest every girl out there to just google the self breast examination steps and check themselves daily while taking a bath or just simply touch and feel every part of your breast to rule out any lumps. If u ever feel a lump which is non cyclical, do get it ruled out by taking a scan (USG) if you’re below 40 years or a mammogram if you’re above 40 years Not just lump, if u ever notice or feel any skin changes, dimpling or retractions or any sort of discharge from your nipple, do consult a doctor and get it checked asap. Any kind of ulceration or any peanut shaped little swellings (nodes) in and around the armpit area need to be screened too. If any of your first degree relatives or your mom or your sister has history of breast cancer u need to get screened first If things aren’t clear in the USG or mammogram and to make a clear diagnosis, a FNAC (Fine needle aspiration cytology) or a core needle biopsy will be done. Ikr it’s painful but never panic, everything can be treated easily and you just gotta have the will power. Everything’s gonna be fine…. It’s not the end to life. you shouldnt panic, nothings gonna happen.. stay positive 😇 Stay strong and healthy ladiess 🫂❤️ I hope she recovers soon ❤️ Lots of love ❤️🫂🥰
thank you so much for being so kind and your good wishes🥹❤️ And I am so grateful that you shared so much valuable information here!! It is because of amazing women like you that the world is becoming a better place!! Love you for this🥹❤️
i got fibrodenoma when i was about to give my 10th boards now iam 19 i was so scared and my lump was as big as a size of kiwi so it was huge i found it when i was in 9th within a year it got huge when in found out i calmly took it but when i saw it was getting bigger and not melting with medicines so i went to a cancer specialist so he told me to do breast soniagraphy has its specific name, so i got checked for even is it cancerous or what so it was fibrodenoma i was crying like hell even my parents and then i got surgery done my surgery experience has its own story it was so learning for me i got to new iam so strong and we have so much strenght than we think so and then i got after an 1-2 hr i went my home on car and travelled for 2 he went home and also it has a diff POV that sometimes we cry and thinks alot about very small health issues it was little surgery and after sometime i knew we should overcome early and should focus on peoples who r suffering more after some years u will see back and see that u just overthinked a lot i went by this phase ans u will be also love i can totally understand this i just want to share bcoz i cant see any of our sweet girlies cry all love my younger than you but want to spread love to all stay shinning all sweet girlies💗
I am 20 and it happened with me 6 months back , the breast pain was unbearable. Gone for a sonography and dr. Said nothing to worry The lump is still there and i am stull scared about it
That is so sweet, thank you🥹❤️ I will definitely make a more detailed video on that. I am mostly eating clean, working out regularly without fail, trying to manage stress levels and getting atleast 6-7 hours of sleep daily ❤️
I got fibroadenoma during my 12th class when I was just 17 went through a lot ,Depression and anxiety and what not. Finally did my FNAC last year and it came back negative. I had three in my right breast and 2 in my left. Touchwood the left one disappeared over the time and I’m recovering slowly making sure I do everything best possible so that it goes away naturally . Also was diagnosed with depression and started taking meds for it last year but shukur allah ka I’m recovering from that too.
I went through surgery due to Fibroadenoma ,it's benign ( non cancerous) in nature mostly, so there is nothing to stress about. If you don't want to go for surgery then also its completely fine but it will grow in size gradually. When I went through this I was very stressed. Doctors generally suggest surgery according to the size of the lump. Stay strong di it's nothing to worry about. You will recover soon ❤
the lifestyle changes that I made are: eating clean, avoiding junk food, exercising daily, taking more walks, sleeping atleast 7-8 hours everyday and trying to stress less. Hope this helps!💌
Hey ... I found your you tube channel very first time through this video.. let me tell you you are sooooo brave to talk like this topic openly on you tube . Kudos to you ...❤

Hi Anushka.. I am so glad U spoke about it.. U r so strong!!! I love you.. I can relate each and every word of yours as I went through the same thing and wanted to tell you that making healthy lifestyle changes and doing meditation helps to cure this. I started meditation.. exercise and healthy eating habits which cured my lumps. Yours too will be gone in no time , I am sure. All the best to you for your future and lots of love dear❤
I think video like this are very important so that people are aware of things like this Who knows someone could watch your video and their life will be saved ❤️ and honestly it takes a lot to share this on such public platform so kudos to you and I am so happy that you are all fine now 😘
I also have 1 lump in my left breast and pus also doctor said it's just a normal and hormonal changes of the body don't worry about it, but I am not done any major tests about it , it's paining and irritating sometime.. 😢😢😢
You go girl ! 😊 You're incredibly strong . It takes guts to tell this all things openly on a social media platform. Don't worry ! You'll be get well soon !❤️ You are an inspiration! 😊😊
Hi Anushka di, I'm so glad to hear that you're doing better now! Wishing you continued good health and recovery. If you feel comfortable, could you share the names of the doctors who helped you in Siliguri? Finding the right specialists, especially in smaller towns like ours, can be so challenging, so it will be helpful. Take care and stay strong!❤
During 2020 February i also had felt something lumpy inside my left breast (i was 19)and it was causing some pain and breathing difficulties….i was so scared that i thought i got cancer as i have a family history of ovarian cancer (maternal grandmother) so i told my mom and we went to consult a gynaecologist and she told me nothing would be wrong it might be PMS…maybe you are experiencing PMS breast pain for the first time…then to ensure it she told us to get a USG and i went for it and found out nothing was wrong!!!! Turned out It was just PMS!!! Both me and my mom was so happy hearing that nothing was wrong….but the gynaecologist told us something is wrong with my mom as she was so pale due to anemia …her haemoglobin was 7 when we tested on that day….she had endometriosis and did a complete hysterectomy in December 2019 …her haemoglobin was always lower than normal as we thought it was due to heavy bleeding from endometriosis…but even after hysterectomy it was lower …she took several iron infusions to get it right back then but didn’t went back to normal…and then during COVID-19 lockdown time her haemoglobin was even lower …got to 4 and she was weak all the time so we went to take blood transfusions and all…later took a bone marrow biopsy to know what is happening and found out she was having Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) an aggressive blood cancer and it took away my mom from us on 2021 january 24th despite taking chemotherapy and all she passed away due to heart failure…still can’t process that even tough it is almost 4 years.. my mom my maternal grandmother and my maternal grandfather all were victims of cancer
Please can you share your lifestyle changes that you are making right now? Like what lifestyle should we adopt if we are suffering from these conditions? Any change in routine, self-care and eating habits?

I got a biopsy last year. It was so scary. From the day, i felt my lump to the day i got my results, It was so scary and my mom cried so much. Thankfully, it was negative. I had a fibroadenoma too. I waited 3 months to get surgery (to complete my degree). When i went for a scan 3 days before surgery, it was magically gone. So so thankful

just to assure you guys, thankfully, the test results came out NEGATIVE.
Its a non-cancerous health condition called fibroadenoma. Its a very common health condition apparently and I am gonna be all okayyy soon ❤️
the lifestyle changes that I made are: eating clean, avoiding junk food, exercising daily, taking more walks, sleeping atleast 7-8 hours everyday and trying to stress less. Hope this helps!💌
More power to all the ladies suffering from these❤❤
@@Shivi.ka3Super Proud on you❤Hope that you Get well soon😊
Gell well soon ❤
I too have a history of fibroadenoma and I came to know in my late adolescence but this year in June I have gone through surgery for those fibroids .( Basically fibroadenoma is a non cancerous cyst that is present in the body).
Don't worry everything will be all right🙏🏻
Hoping for the best💖
God bless you
The title made me shocked I couldn’t even wait to go through the whole video just checked the pinned comment and got some sort of relief! Take care stay Strong ! ❤
I had a fibroadenoma when I was 17 years old. It was very painful, but I had surgery, and now it's completely gone. You'll be fine.❤
Same waiting for my operation
In my case...it reappeared after surgery
I have fibroadenoisis but doctor told me this is also a normal problem in young women

Big hugs and lots of love🥹❤️
More power to you too, you are amazing!!!!!
I'm so proud of you for sharing such a personal experience. Started bawling the minute you cried. Take care and stay strong, Anushka!😇

Hey is there anything have to do with movement of lump ?
Same condition dear I also having next surgery in this March and there is also small lump 😊❤

You know what Anushka few months back i got a very tiny lump under my skin, nothing painful but I panicked a lot.. Finally doctors assured it's nothing but a benign cyst..
Apka lumps ab khtm hua?

So so proud of you girl! It takes a lot of courage to speak about it openly. Hope you stay healthy and strong❤❤❤
I can relate to you so much, I totally feel your pain😞

6:48 i can relate sm!
I was in school in class 9th (i was around 16 yo ig ) i found out a lump in my breast through self examination while showering and i went through the same examination and it did hurt A LOT! I was being strong when they were putting the needle into the breast but when i was done,i went back to put my clothes on i cried so much. It was really hard for me to go through that and even harder for my family to think about my condition because its basic human tendency to think about the worst that could happen. The results came and i was diagnosed with the same problem- fibroadenoma
Thank god that i was safe.

Being a final year MBBS student, I would also like to make use of this platform to spread awareness on self examination (I hope u pin this comment di so that everyone finds it useful)
Fibroadenoma is a benign breast disease (not cancerous)
As she rightly pointed out, it is very common these days due to the lifestyle changes especially after COVID amongst women, girls with PCOS, unhealthy lifestyle etc.
If u ever feel a lump which is non cyclical, do get it ruled out by taking a scan (USG) if you’re below 40 years or a mammogram if you’re above 40 years
Not just lump, if u ever notice or feel any skin changes, dimpling or retractions or any sort of discharge from your nipple, do consult a doctor and get it checked asap.
Any kind of ulceration or any peanut shaped little swellings (nodes) in and around the armpit area need to be screened too.
If any of your first degree relatives or your mom or your sister has history of breast cancer u need to get screened first
If things aren’t clear in the USG or mammogram and to make a clear diagnosis, a FNAC (Fine needle aspiration cytology) or a core needle biopsy will be done.
Ikr it’s painful but never panic, everything can be treated easily and you just gotta have the will power. Everything’s gonna be fine…. It’s not the end to life. you shouldnt panic, nothings gonna happen.. stay positive 😇
Stay strong and healthy ladiess 🫂❤️

I am 20 and it happened with me 6 months back , the breast pain was unbearable.
Gone for a sonography and dr. Said nothing to worry
The lump is still there and i am stull scared about it
A big tight hug to you🤗❤ I hope you feel better now 🙂 also, it would be really helpful if you tell us about the lifestyle changes you have made.
Plz tell how they disappeared naturally
I went through surgery due to Fibroadenoma ,it's benign ( non cancerous) in nature mostly, so there is nothing to stress about. If you don't want to go for surgery then also its completely fine but it will grow in size gradually. When I went through this I was very stressed. Doctors generally suggest surgery according to the size of the lump. Stay strong di it's nothing to worry about. You will recover soon ❤
Don't worry... you'll be all fine.. we're here for you...take care of your health ❤
Can you please also make a video on all the lifestyle changes suggested to you so that we can make them beforehand
the lifestyle changes that I made are: eating clean, avoiding junk food, exercising daily, taking more walks, sleeping atleast 7-8 hours everyday and trying to stress less. Hope this helps!💌
More power to you girl❤ take care of yourself and your family.❤
Thank you🥹❤️

Hi Anushka di, I'm so glad to hear that you're doing better now! Wishing you continued good health and recovery. If you feel comfortable, could you share the names of the doctors who helped you in Siliguri? Finding the right specialists, especially in smaller towns like ours, can be so challenging, so it will be helpful. Take care and stay strong!❤
Sooo proud of you..please take care everyone ❤
