There was an audience estimated to be between 500,000 to 1.4 million in attendance. It was an amazing concert. The energy is through the roof.

This is different to me because he's reacting to music that has been absolutely core to my musical existence. If you keep on checking out Metallica make sure you take a shot at their colabo with the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra. They made an entire 2 CD album together named "S&M"....awesome for the ears....all their greatest hits with the intensity of Metallica combined with an entire classic orchestra to fill the intensity even more is just orgasmic. One of my favorites from that album would be "Fuel"....or check out the songs you allready know and notice how much different and richer the songs seem to be. nobody thinks that metal and classic music would match but here they proved it

Enter sandman was the great Mario Rivera’s entrance music at Yankee Stadium. When the opening strains of this song started, everyone would get so excited!
As cheesy as this may sound, this is quite possibly a perfect song. All the riffs go together well. Heavy riff. Very catch hook. The song structure is top notch. It’s not to say this is the best Metallica song out there. I’m just saying this is a perfectly written song.
I consider myself fortunate. I saw Metallica in 1994 during the Binge and Purge tour do Sandman. I have been at Yankee Stadium when Mariano Rivera came in to Sandman, and I've been at ECW Arena when Sandman came out to it. Honestly, the ECW Arena experience was the most insane out of all of them.
Makes me really happy to see some more Metallica. This isn’t one of my go-to songs or anything at the moment but it is kind of an essential Metallica song to know. I actually used to play it (among a few others) in a small band as a kid with some friends. I played drums. Anyways, hope to see more Metallica at some point, but hopefully off of albums like AJFA or Death Magnetic.

This is the song that got me into Metallica when I was 10 years old. I remember going over to a friends house to play and she was like "You have to see this totally creepy new video on MTV." (yes this was back when MTV actually played music.) I just remember like explosion in my head and was instantly hook. I was like "oh yeah, um creepy," but in my head was totally screaming THIS IS AWESOME!
It's so kick ass to be able to jam to my favorite rock band and just crank it up with someone who's never heard their songs but loves it so much. There is not a bad Metallica song. LISTEN TO THEM ALL!!!!

This song in particular is one that I've grown bored of purely because it has been overplayed. If you keep on checking out Metallica make sure you take a shot at their colabo with the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra. They made an entire 2 CD album together named "S&M"....awesome for the ears....all their greatest hits with the intensity of Metallica combined with an entire classic orchestra to fill the intensity even more is just orgasmic. One of my favorites from that album would be "Fuel"....or check out the songs you allready know and notice how much different and richer the songs seem to be. nobody thinks that metal and classic music would match but here they proved it

As cheesy as this may sound, this is quite possibly a perfect song. All the riffs go together well. Heavy riff. Very catch hook. The song structure is top notch. It’s not to say this is the best Metallica song out there. I’m just saying this is a perfectly written song.

I consider myself fortunate. I saw Metallica in 1994 during the Binge and Purge tour do Sandman. I have been at Yankee Stadium when Mariano Rivera came in to Sandman, and I've been at ECW Arena when Sandman came out to it. Honestly, the ECW Arena experience was the most insane out of all of them.
Makes me really happy to see some more Metallica. This isn’t one of my go-to songs or anything at the moment but it is kind of an essential Metallica song to know. I actually used to play it (among a few others) in a small band as a kid with some friends. I played drums.
Anyways, hope to see more Metallica at some point, but hopefully off of albums like AJFA or Death Magnetic.

This is the song that got me into Metallica when I was 10 years old. I remember going over to a friends house to play and she was like "You have to see this totally creepy new video on MTV." (yes this was back when MTV actually played music.) I just remember like explosion in my head and was instantly hook. I was like "oh yeah, um creepy," but in my head was totally screaming THIS IS AWESOME!
It's so kick ass to be able to jam to my favorite rock band and just crank it up with someone who's never heard their songs but loves it so much. There is not a bad Metallica song. LISTEN TO THEM ALL!!!!
When you react to songs you've never heard before ( in this case only in its entirety) don't be embarrassed. This song in particular is one that I've grown bored of purely because it has been overplayed. Now I get to see someone else feel the same joy as the first time I heard it and it makes the song fresh to me all over again.
