巧克力 120g dark chocolate bar (melted) or semisweet chocolate
鮮奶油 120ml whipping cream
香草精 1g Vanilla (optional)

Chocolate Ganache:
巧克力 100g dark chocolate
鮮奶油 100ml whipping cream
