When you mix different species, do you find that there is fry on fry predation? Do you mix different ages of fry at that very small size? I guess I am asking, if I can put a group in the basket for a few days, then another group of a different species, and so on?
If they're similar size it's ok. I also only rotate out pairs until I see fry or eggs, then that tank isn't used anymore.
