Certainly shall. I'm in the process of setting up an outdoor kitchen at my home in Alcala De La Jovada (home of the best mountain paella I have tasted courtesy of Bar Vicent de la Tona). What make is your rather splendid wood fired stove?
@@alisdairliddle4713 Hey! I think it's by Winnerwell. Mainly for heating and cooking in tents, but I liked the look of it!
I believe I've said this before but this really needs to be a television show. It's so much more than just a "recipe" show. With your explorations and backgrounds of local dishes it could be a full length show easily.
Very encouraging to know. Many thanks for your kind comment :)
This chef is The Real Deal! His recipes are authentic, and exactly the kind of eating that one finds in Spain, France and Portugal.
I bought my first Dutch Oven. This is the first channel I went to for ideas. It'll be this one!
Your channel is golden
Good keith reference re: the tourists being back.
Unashamedly inspired by, and lifting from Keith. Well spotted!
Good to see your back! Love the ‘low-tech’ range by the way. I’m starting to write your recipes down, by the way, to pass to those who don’t have access or the inclination to watch TH-cam. Hey-hoh ! I’m tempted to go to the middle of Mallorca and shout ‘Pete, where are you!’y
Can I have a copy of your notes ??? 😆😆😜
Greetings! So happy you are back! Thank you.

1) dog is cute.
2) I covet that odd camping stove
3) we just don't each much lamb in America - still not sure why.
I shoudl add - part of the issue is that we (unlike say Chinese or Spanish) don't love to eat around bones.
it's not farmed as much, it is more expensive than beef, and people aren't accustomed to its particular flavor. it takes some getting used to, for most.
We do out in California w all those Basque restaurants--half a dozen in Bakersfield, the town I grew up in!
