Hi Melissa, I just paid the yearly sub with Tella through your link (posting here to keep them honest lol). I ended up going with Kajabi (through another creator's link), but definitely wanted to get back over here and send a bit of support your way, as your tips have been very helpful. I think Tella will do everything I need for now. Thanks Much, Joe
Hey Melissa, This was a great video. I am a Film lecturer and I always end up making tutorial videos the long method. I have recorded videos for post softwares and also done videos where I explain scripts with a top down camera. This was very useful! And thank you for the 30% discount. Was great seeing the price drop with your code. :')
Not sure why the masses have not revolted against the subscription model yet.... It's only worthwhile if you are either making bank or using the software constantly month after month. Otherwise, see ya. But very useful content and thanks for the video!
I am using a Logitech MX Brio Ultra HD, and it is a fairly decent webcam. My problem is that I can not quite figure out where to place the webcam and how to align it with my eyes so that the recording looks like I am looking into the camera instead of looking a bit downwards or a tad upwards looking unnatural. Any tips on that as how to make sure I look most natural looking into the webcam? Maybe you could one day do a video on how to look into the camera? Thank you
Great question. It might work to mount your webcam on an arm instead of your monitor so it would be directly at eye level. And thank you for the suggestion! I’ll make a note as a possible idea for the future.
If I understand the question correctly, Tella doesn't offer a way to remove the background in your camera view. For that, you might need another app. For example, Loom offers blurred or greenscreen backgrounds: witandwire.com/loom Another option is Descript: witandwire.com/descript
Great question. They don’t offer a migration, and my strong hunch is that none of the video recording tools will offer a migration service, unfortunately. I think your best bet will either be a manual move or support from a VA (or third-party).
I wish someone would show how to use Tella to record a window. I don't see anything when I try to record a part of my screen except the big "gear" icon.
I’m not sure where that specific gear icon is, but it might make sense to reach out to Tella’s support team with a screenshot. They might be able to help.
Great question. I don’t think there’s a universal best pick, since it depends how you want to use the video platform. In terms of which one is most versatile, I’d likely recommend Descript: witandwire.com/descript
It's ultimately depends on your preferences and your needs as a business owner. If you want something easy to use, then Loom witandwire.com/loom is a great option, and it's popular among online business owners. If you're looking for a screen-recording tool that combines the ease of Loom with the creativity of Canva to help you create great-looking tutorials and online course videos all with one tool, then Tella witandwire.com/tella is also a great option. - Team Wit & Wire
Thanks, Melissa @witandwire. Will use your lifetime discount link. I wonder if you can do another full demo of Tella soon, as they've added many more features. Thanks again!

This is good. So to be clear if we use the Tella slide making feature, we can't use the animated bullet points like you do in your own courses?
Thank you! And yes, that’s correct. But you can still use the screenshare feature to see any animations you’ve included in your presentation.

Hello , how can I record a video with the camera (also ) yet remove the background where I am to keep it clean.

Do you like Loom, Descript or Tella better? Or is there another tool you like better lately?
