I have this knife and I wish I had bought it sooner. This is literally one of the best, if not the best knife on the market. I know it doesn’t have the traditional pointed blade but man does it get the job done! Thank you Spyderco for making this one.

This man appreciates a good knife. Good review. I own 1 and got 1 for my teenage daughter. Carbide tip is a good skull crusher for non lethal self defense

So crushing someone’s skull is non lethal self defense?😂😂

How well does it handle a birds nest of monofilament like you might encounter while scuba diving?

SPAZE PARANOIDS !!!! ! Thanks. I did see that a while back. I’m looking for something easy to carry for normal recreational dives to get myself out of trouble, and help any wildlife that’s trapped. The whale rescue blade is a little bulky.

@@Chogogo717 Spyderco makes a "Salt water" version of this knife which is corrosion resistant. Might be better for diving.

Imagine that flying around in his car in a crash cause it's on the visor.

Not familar with the retention of spyderco wire clips, eh?
Any accident that would overcome that retention and send it "flying around in his car" would present MUCH bigger threats than a 100 gram piece or plastic.
Its obvious youve never used the knife, or been in a car accident. Fine, good. Id wager, however, that Gravity and inertia are something youve had some experience with (hell, maybe even experienced it your whole life....), and in the kind of forces exerted on a vehicle in accidents the average driver is most likely to encounter (google it, learn something on your own) it would actually cause BETTER retention, and those magical forces will hold the knife to the visor even stronger.
While youre googling "most common type of car accidents" maybe google Michael Janich as well and see why he would be fairly experienced with safety. Definitely more experienced than someone that seems to think a knife turns into a pinball in a fender bender.
You liked your own comment, too. Nice....

I don’t think you can understand this knife without first wielding one. They don’t weigh a thing and are as tough a knife as I’ve used. There’s no weight to send it speeding through glass. The way the clip holds it wouldn’t allow it even if it was heavier. I’m choking on the price but I think that’s the only gift In Santa’s bag for me. You’ll be thankful when you’re hanging from your seatbelt. Bad time to be without a knife or have one that’s dull. Merry Christmas.

@@CNYKnifeNerd Nobody has experienced "gravity" because it doesn't exist. Inertia does.

If I have a victim right where I want them, why would I want to keep them safe with the blunt tip?
