sKatie, please show and explain how to make a coffin - a knot squat with extended leg. I can make a knot squat, but I struggle to extend my leg in a move and not to fall down. I can't understand, what I'm doing wrong. Thank you!
I juuust got this down the other week, the thing that did it for me is my free leg actually ends up more forward than to the side, that helps me balance, and it's way easier to balance when moving. Also, if you're alone in the middle of the rink, put a hand out and lean on it slightly when moving to go around in a circle, that really helped me understand how to balance without falling and it's a good way to slow you down to stop
