So far this is the only decent example of Helical I can find. Everyone else is doing very high pitched screechy stuff.

Very clean sound. What is your process when recording? I stopped due to noise floor, and am embarrassed to post my stuff. Trying to do more research on at least getting a clean sound although modular racks can be noisy

I've run into noise floor issues as well. Fooling around with different module placement and patching seems to help. Check out info on noise floor and gain staging for modular on the web.
I usually go from the modular into an older Focusrite Scarlett 2i4, then into Ableton Live on my MacBook Pro. I master the audio using Ozone 11 and FabFilter Pro L2 Limiter. For portable, I'll record directly a Tascam DR-100 mkIII, and process later. Hope this helps!

@@he_nu_riso, you and I pretty much have the same equipment and DAW. However, I tend to mix/master through reaper since Ableton tempo tends to disrupt workflow for me.
I do need to look into fab filter EQ pro, and I also started to use the zoom H5. So, we’ll see, but yeah, very clean sound. Look forward to more.
