Bolsonaro has nothing to do with the interlagos circuit, interlagos is not federally owned, interlagos exist before Bolsonaro joins as president.

40:13, why you hit the brake all the way but still didn't lock up?
At high speed the brakes are less likely to lock up because of increased downforce.
