Lantern Yi Sang and Ardor Blossom Star Faust are the funniest archetype of Chain Battle IDs we've had so far. First we had units that cycled themselves out by fleeing, now we have units who cycle themselves out by _trying to speedrun death._ Lantern Sang with Fairy Lure increasing damage taken, and ABS Faust by saying "Legalize nuclear bombs."

Just had a solo run for him and he is still super fun and extremely tanky, just not that good on a team
He does, however, wish he had unbreakables on his S1

But Unbreakable on atleast S1 would be great because its the skill you want to lose clashes with most of the time

If someone ever did a Limbus Company fighting fangame, LCE Yi Sang would have to be included. Would probably be one of the only trappers in the game.

I really hoped, that Lantern Yi Sand would have some sort of shied stealth HP mechanic - like, if he doesn't take damege for two turns, regenerate 30% of max HP, gain shield equal to current HP and status similar to Fairy lure.
But, nope, PM forcing chain battle agenda with self-destructive IDs. At least Faust has a defense skill to negate it and doesn't go into "Yes, Rico. Kaboom!" mode.
For Railway they are fine. For MD - Yi Sang is too much trouble to kill him, than set him back again on each floor.
For Faust, I have only one complain - why hers SP gets set back to zero on the next floor of MD after "Rico, kaboom"? Like, if it wasn't for Fluid Sack, she would just die in the first fight against enemy with 12 levels difference....
They should change it in next MD
It`s says in patch notes that any dead identity upon changing floors will be revived and their sanity reset to zero.
@ЛеонРокочук I understand that. I read those patch notes when they was released. I know, that this is intended behavior.
And I think, that this is bullshit - it even more discourages me to lose my IDs during fight. Because, building up SP again at each floor becomes harder and harder the lower the floor is. On 5th floor, it's almost impossible to not get staggered after just one lost clash.
So, yeah, hope they will change this, because it's unreasonable.

It's not complaining - It's criticizing stupid game design decisions.
If they want us to let our IDs to die - they should account of a 4th - 5th floor offense difference.
Even I they revive at the beginning of next floor, what is the use of them, if they can't clash at all? (50% chance of rolling heads on 0 SP for me feels like 20% - I never roll more than 2 heads throughout Entire team of six IDs that use 2-3 coin skills at zero SP)
