- New York City's St. Patrick's Day Parade returned Thursday for the first time since the start of the pandemic, and millions lined up along Fifth Avenue to celebrate. CBS2's John Dias has the story.

They didn't have the parade for 2 years, so it was good to see it back. However, they put three years of ads into one broadcast.......Watching for 30 minutes, they had 11 minutes of commercials, 12 minutes of commentary, and LESS THAN 10 MINUTES of the actual parade. No wonder nobody watches regular broadcast TV anymore!
For two years ago, the St. Patrick's Day's Parade had been absent due to the pandemic.
Its even fucking raining. goddamn perfect just like Ireland.

I love you because your whiter than gold & silver...if memory servers me right, and there I was lad. It was twenty - 23, when I found myself puzzled, fond of it's purpose of servitude service; well had very little to say but I found it left of my shilling. It was odd at first, but then I started to reckon, so, I turned left to my companion aside and ask for it's use; service of servitude service and quite elegantly named it silver. There!

Not so long ago, the NYPD and the FDNY were 100% Irish from the top down. Nobody looks better than an Irish Man in Uniform. They are a handsome lot.
Not entirely true im English have a great understanding and admiration of the traditions/culture of the fdny members I've read books about them and watched every TV documentary out there. I'm not disputing the dept is not majority Irish alas its also italian and other white heritage in modern times multi ethnic it hasn't been 100% Irish as you claimed since the sixties did you know the fdny fire commissioner is italian american happy st patrick's day ☘🇨🇮

@@trishabidesi8604 He wasnt English, he was Welsh and was a slave to the English orginally. who then brought him to Ireland before he escaped captivity
