This is true. Its been 8 months since i ve been practicing shambhavi mahamudra and it feels like my intuition is on steriods. Its extremely strong at around 3 am - 5:30 am. I feel something in middle of my forehead and my imagination becomes very clear. Every single suggestion and answers that i get during that time have drastically impacted my life and my career.
