White Night Gulcn 2. My transporter #2 in The Mountaintops is not where yours is on the map. Mine is down below next to Borderline of Truth mission start.
I can't find the very first one shown in this video. I even recreated the exact path this person took and its just not there at all.
That one is available later on in the main quest line. Try beating the campaign and then going back to that spot.
@@FRBYLOC it unlocks after you complete normal campaign.

Records are part of echoes too I just found out. Got 44/50 so they add up
The interactive map going around is laughably wrong.
