BEFORE Eutectoid Reaction:
Pro eutectoid Ferrite (alpha) is obtained in hypoeutectoid.
Pro eutectoid Cementite is obtained in hypereutectoid.
Whereas,
Gamma converts into Eutectoid alpha and Eutectoid Cementite stripes.
So we get there

Total W is obtained only where
Hypoeutectoid have
1. Alpha in proeutectoid and eutectoid stripes BOTH
2. Cementite only in eutectoid structure
Hypereutectoid have
1. Cementite in proeutectoid and eutectoid structure BOTH
2. Alpha in only eutectoid structure
