He referenced the 4 brain states, as he proceeded to express the studies of THE MONKS MEDITATIVE BRAIN STATES as being elevated or different as compared yet, his information fails as he acknowledges a few things.
Those monks that meditate for hours as well as fast,etc, these men are not exposed to any of the AMERICAN - EUROPEAN- ASIAN- AFRICAN SUBJECTIVES that ignite the world expression. These men are far from any places that alter the conscious vibration states as all of those monks are waiting for "DIVINE ALIGNMENT or ACTIVATION " from their practices or study.
These monks chose to separate from the subliminals yet be real, THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT ACTIVE IN CAREERS THAT CHANGE OR EFFECT THINGS.
THESE MONKS ARE HEALTHY,YES YET- THEY ARE DESOLETE .
THEY DONT EFFECT while they all can still be effected,if anything happened in their region.
THE BEST THING TO ACKNOWLEDGE ON THIS TOPIC would be... the people that preserver, with a high desire to balance life while consciously pursuing principles and practices that- "restore",inflict, or change" the vibration state. Those that use the brain is a good topic while dealing with all of the subjective programming---the brain that still is so un mastered. Those that actually walk conscious is a good topic yet even my depth is not coming from "WHITES" period.

The Lambda State was known of last century ( 1990's or earlier - one of the Bhudist Monks was invited to the USSR in mid winter . Monk gets of plane in sandals and robes . Asked by the Russians if he needed any warm covers , at which point the Monk induced the Lambda State , and snow melted just a short distance out from his body - Monk thanked his hosts for their generous offer , but as you can see it is not required .
I knew of this about 60 years ago - its now 2023 & good to hear this information being distributed for all to enable themselves to acheive the same states ; practice , makeing perfect .

I believe I achieved either hyper Gamma or lambda when in meditation while in labor with my child. The nurses were extremely concerned about blood pressure while in contraction. I didn't even feel anything but wasn't an amazing state of being

The gamma state tends to be called the flow state by athletes, as far as I'm aware. Thanks for clarifying these states as you're right, this info isn't being proliferated by mainstream science at this time. My concern...is that we don't repeat our mistakes. That we regain lost knowledge only to lose it again.

Couldn't some of these frequency's be used during surgeries? Like with headphones for the individual having surgery. Or perhaps in the room for recovery? Goodness what a difference that would be. it may help balance out the sounds of the medical facilities which can be very disturbing.

2. Beta- This is where your brain is more alert
3.Delta- This is a relaxed brain wave state
4. Theta- This is the state you are in during deep meditation ideally
5. Gamma- considered the fastest brain wave state possible but this could be outdated.
6. New, Hyper gamma😊
7. Rare new, Lambda 100hz-200hz fastest on the list so far

A “dream state”? Visiting a parallel earth…there are many…travelling…while “sleeping”?
First I wish to add that the Spirit must stand ABOVE the intellect and rule it. The human being must drive the car and handle the tool, not allow himself to be manipulated.
Then, we are creatures, spiritual beings belonging to Creation, able to exist only within its limits, just as fishes can only live in an aquatic environment. It is true that they can come out of the water for a few moments, but we cannot even touch the surface, the limit of Creation, being repelled by it, much less to step over it and enter the Divine Sphere... without being instantly incinerated!
So in what state can we do astral projection?

That is not nice. People at Gaia have to work too. Science and Spirituality complete and compliment each other. This will be established fact in a few decades. They are inseparable from each other.
