Thrilled you got to see so many of the friends you follow. I knew most of the pics, as I follow them too. ☺️ I have a bunch of Christy’s yarn and did her 12- Days Christmas last year….and of course Trysten and BBA are on my shelf. Nice haul. I have Clare but your others were very tempting too. So Hudson&West had a booth?! Keep smiling…you do it so well!

P s that Woodstock was very much known as an artists colony , back in the late 70s it was all candle shops , groovy t-shirts and bongs lol. It was still hungover from the 60s. Not at all like the upscale NYC getaway it is now. What Happened Friday?!!! Interesting. I was there when this festival started and it was small of course for all the local sheep and producers. As a volunteer this year we were stretched pretty thin.

Love your video but fyi, Woodstock took place in Bethel NY, not Woodstock. I know because my grandmother lived in Bethel and I heard all about it. Also, my father’s claim to fame was he went to school with Max Yeager, the farmer whose land the festival was held on. I think it was originally planned to be held in Woodstock but then changed location.

Yes it's now bethel arts center with summer concerts. But that original Woodstock had an impact all around here even across the river where we were by the parkway.
Also the Woodstock 99' Festival that ran was closer to the actual town of Woodstock and held in Saugerties. I've grown up here. Fun facts. @@mzmarihudson8013
So the Sweet Shop thing totally set off bells so I went to look it up. That's Paul Rudd and Jeffrey Dean Morgan's candy shop (plus their better halves).
