When Julia talked about the charity work, going to Kenia, she was passioned and spontaneous. Her whole face came to life and her body language made it clear she was not faking it.

An elderly person is a child all over again and need help too. I've seen nurses just pass a room, they are asleep. ... so what and don't check on them... without a thought. Doctors don't care. "Make them dosed, die without pain" but do they really know their pain? Their fear?
